01 What is your payment terms?
Usually T/T 30% deposit, and balance before shipment or upon B/L copy.
Also L/C is acceptable for some big orders.
 
02 How long is the lead time (delivery time)?
For the normal orders, production will be started after deposit received. Then it takes 30 to 45 days to finish the orders.  
For some regular items,  it takes less time, e.g. 25 days.
For some urgent order, we may discuss to shorten the time .  
 
03 Can I get a sample before an order?
For most of items, we can make a sample and it's free.  But you need pay the freight cost.
 
04 Can you add my own LOGO on products?
It's no problem to print your LOGO on products or Package.
 
05 How do you promise your quality, and can you guarantee the product quality?
